ELENCHUS GLOBAL EOOD is the merchant and operator of petishko.com.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

All customers who place orders through the Website

The Website operates as an online store offering goods to consumers.

3. Products

3.1. Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented for informational purposes.
3.2. Minor differences between images and delivered products may occur due to manufacturer changes or display settings.
3.3. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices

4.1. All prices are displayed in [BGN / EUR – choose one] and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown before order confirmation.
4.3. The merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. Orders

5.1. An order is placed by selecting products and completing the checkout process.
5.2. After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
5.3. The contract is considered concluded once the order is confirmed by the merchant.

The merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud
Lack of product availability

6. Payment

6.1. Payments are made using the payment methods available on the Website (e.g. card, cash on delivery, third-party processors).

7. Delivery

7.3. Delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or incorrect customer information are not the merchant’s responsibility.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

8.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
8.2. To exercise this right, the customer must notify the merchant by email.
8.3. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
8.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Complaints and Warranty

9.1. Customers may submit complaints by email to contact@elenchusglobal.com.
9.2. Legal warranties apply in accordance with Bulgarian and EU law.
9.3. Defective products must be reported promptly.
